Hi, I am 25 with slightly overweight body.
I recently started workout.
I have a question:
Which one is good in morning:
Fruit+Protein smoothie or Vegetable+Protein Smoothie in morning?

My typical Smoothie ingredients: 30g Whey+Fruits/Vege+Natural Peanut butter+Yogurt 2tblsp.

Right now i am taking Fruit (1 banana and 1/2 apple) smoothie first thing in Morning(8am). and Vegetable smoothie as Post workout Meal(9pm).
i'll sleep around 11pm.

My typical diet.
1st thing in morning:
Fruit-Protein Smoothie

Breakfast:
2eggs+oats

Lunch:
Fried Fish/Chicken (about 400 calories)
2 serving of vegetables

Preworkout:
Bread with Peanut Butter

Post workout:
Vegetable-Protein Smoothie

Please suggest timing for my smoothie from your point view.
Thanks.

Personally i go with fruit protien shakes every morning.
Strawberry's and Bannas, yoplaiy strawb yogurt, strawberry greek yogurt and 60gs of prt powder with addition on 2% milk or sometimes whole milk
however, i dont have problems with fat loss and weight.
Ectomorph unfortunately with a fair motablism. somewhat of a hard gainer, not so much these days tho with all the knowledge i've accumulated

I think you would be fine either way. If your worried THAT much about weiht i wouldn't worry so much about fruit or veggie. might think more about the beanut butter
my shakes are pretty much the same when bulking and cutting but when bulking i tend to add in PB, sometimes a table spoon or two of EVOO, just to get the extra calories and fats
this is just me know. i bulk twice as much as i cut so im always everyday packing in the high protien and as much calories as possible.
like i said maybe someone else can help you more as i don't have probably keeping fat off.

are you running gear yet, gh or anything? whats you goals? just curious

They both probably taste pretty good in the morning.

To get to the heart of your question I need to ask; Better for what exactly?
And, do you know how many calories are in each shake?

IMO, you need to get your diet figured out.
It sounds like you headed in the right direction recording your foods which is a start. The next step is to identify their caloric content/macro composition and how those foods fit into the context of your diet goals.
