I've been considering a growth cycle and would like to start fairly soon. The one issue I'm faced with right now is I'm booked for a trip overseas in May for 6 days. If I started next week and had to take 6 days off for my trip in May how bad do you think that would be for end results? I'd still be able to lift over that time, just not keep up with a daily dose.
