so after many nights sat in front of my screen researching i think i know enough to give it a go. ill start with test E and hopefully move on to EQ, Deca and Tren A. how does this sound?

Test E powder: 20g
GSO: 47ml
BA: 1.6ml
BB: 14.4ml

(Is a 18%BB 2% BA ratio good?)

Method:

Vial sterilisation: ill be using uncapped vials that i have left over from a previous experiment. Media container and beakers will use the same method
1. wash with lab detergent
2. rinse several times with water
3. final rinse with distilled water
4. bake in the oven at 500deg F for 2hrs

Septum sterilisation:
1. rinse in hydrogen peroxide
QUESTION: is that enough? any particular strength of peroxide?
OR should i rise with isopropyl alcohol for 10-15min then put in the oven at 180deg F until dry

Cooking method:
1. measure out 20g of powder using electric scales
2. add powder to beaker containing oil and solvents
3. stir
4. warm beaker in a pan of water until solution becomes clear
5. let solution cool
6. filter through .22um bottle top filter and into a glass media container
7. transfer from media container to vials
8. put in septa
9. cap and crimp
10. pressure cook at 15psi for 1-2hrs

Obviously my main concern is sterility, so have i missed anything? ill be wearing medical gloves and changing them when appropriate and will steralise the room as best as possible with alcohol and keep windows and doors closed. i am also familiar with aseptic technique from uni so ill be employing that at all times.

thanks for any help bros

You don't "need" bb with test enan. Septa?

I won't comment on your method, but I do want to ask why pressure cook your capped vials?

Oh, one more question...this is for personal use, correct?

You can leave out the cooking of the septa at 180...that wint sterilize anything.

Also leave out pressure cooking...the gear is already sterilized after its filtered.

Heat the bb/ba/powder until its clear...stir it alot. Then after it cools a little add the oil and reheat to about 80-90c. I would use bb if I were you or your most likely going to be dealing with crashed gear and for your first run this isnt a problem you want.

Oh and dont put water in the pot...just set the beaker on the burner. Im not sure where the "heat in water" thing ever came from.

Also in my process I melt the powder down then add ba/BB and then fill with oil to volume.

Thats why most people dont. Unless your gonna sell it than it really isnt worth it....or if you live in a gear hostile environment like bvs lol

I agree with the Bug, I've always considered it but the hassle seems far too great for me.

Busy schedule as is, and it would always be for personal use

U just let the kid down the street brew for me. He just uses 409 to clean out a pot and a lighter to sterilize his utensils. Works for me

You will eventually, get moisture in your gear, if your heating/melting it in water! I use large mason jars vs beakers. As mentioned, nothing is sterile until it's filtered.
