First cycle, want to double check some things.

Hi all, a guy from my gym has been helping prepare for this cycle. But since there is so much more knowledge on this forum I wanted to post this plan for feedback before I start.

Heres what I was instructed to do:

Test cyp 300 - 1cc every 10 days for a total of about 9-10 pins. So arounds 12-ish weeks.
AI during cycle EOD 1mg of liquidex
Anavar to run 20-60mg ED last 6 weeks of cycle.

PCT- Liquid Clomid and Liquid tomox to start roughly 12-14 days after last pin.

Is every 10 days too infrequent? He said since it's my first, I'll still respond well. My main concern is gyno, scared of that, as most are.

Run away from that guy as fast as you can. That is one of the worst cycles I have ever seen. Just for comparison, I am on TRT and I use 100mg ever 3.5 days. And that is way too much Anastozole.

First cycle should be test only plus ancillaries.

Tell us about yourself. Age? Height? Weight? Body fat%? Years training?

After reading all of the stickies and doing a few searches...I've come up with..

Cyp 300 injected every 5-7 days (based on the half life in sticky)
AI liquidex .5mg EOD

PCT 14 days after last pin.
100mg liquid Clomid ED and 40mg liquid tomox ED for 2 weeks then 50mg liquid Clomid ED and 20mg liquid tomox ED.


Any Better?

A little but needs work. Test dose is too low. Try 250mg twice a week. Run for 10-12 weeks.

Start AI at .25mg EOD. Get blood work and assess if dose needs to be adjusted up or down

Run hCG for Day 1 up until 3 days before PCT starts at 250iu twice a week. This is to prevent testicular atrophy which will speed up recovery during PCT.

You need pre, mid and post cycle blood work.

* 12 weeks, Test E (no change if you're running Cyp) 500mg EW, Tues/Fri 250mg

* HCG 500 IU EW, Mon/Thurs 250 IU Weeks 4-15

*IF Gyno symptoms surface* Weeks 2-12 .25mg Adex EOD or 12.5 Mg Stane EOD (my preference)

* PCT 3 weeks after last pin; Nolva 4 Weeks 40/40/20/20 (I never used Clomid on top of Nolva in my PCT but if you choose to do so most run it at 100/100/50/50)

I don't have HCG and I don't have a source for that either. Is this 100% needed?
