Well I'm 42 years old and have never done a full blood test until recently and I am very happy with my natural numbers. I used my HSA which I need to spend before the calendar year is up to run these tests and get an idea of where I am at. Currently the TRT doctor is recommending a Clomid, DHEA/Pregnenolone and injectable B vitamin protocol to bring me up into the higher end of the normal range. I honestly need to lose about 40lbs of fat as I am definitely over 20% body fat. So I hope with this protocol I can bring my numbers in the upper end of the normal range. Combine with the weight lose I need to and will be making I should see numbers in the higher range. I will be retesting in 6 weeks to see how things are going with this protocol. My only concern is pushing my estradiol above the normal range because of my high body fat but I will most likely be incorporating DIM into this protocol to assist with minimizing conversion. I'd say I really don't need to do anything other then continue to diet (lose the body fat) and exercise but I am more then happy to try this protocol and see if and how things improve. What are your guys thoughts about someone in my ranges following such a protocol simply to combat the aging process etc?
My current numbers are:
Testosterone,Free and Total
Testosterone, Serum 695 ng/dL 348 - 1197 01
Free Testosterone(Direct) 18.7 pg/mL 6.8 - 21.5 02
DHEA-Sulfate 180.7 ug/dL 102.6 - 416.3 01
TSH 1.530 uIU/mL 0.450 - 4.500 01
Luteinizing Hormone(LH), S LH 5.4 mIU/mL 1.7 - 8.6 01
Estradiol, Sensitive 26.4 pg/mL 8.0 - 35.0 02

I'd just run a strict diet to lose the weight & not take any of that BS. On a side note why do you need to use your HSA by the end of the year? Most can roll that money over.

My companies doesn't roll over I believe there is a difference between an HSA and FSA and at least for me and my company the HSA doesn't roll over. I'm just going to supplement with DHEA and DIM and retest myself later and continue with my diet and training. I'll spend some more of my HSA on a DEXA scan just to have some hard numbers there.

My test is half of what yours is and I'm years younger than you.

Don't waste your time and money on DHEA & DIM its garbage. Get some creatine powder & B12 injections.

Thanks for the input I'm going to take a double dose of Creatinine on training days (in the am and pm) since my levels were: Creatinine, Serum 1.08 mg/dL 0.76 - 1.27 and will try the DHEA also since it was at the lower end of the spectrum DHEA-Sulfate 180.7 ug/dL 102.6 - 416.3. This stuff is cheap enough and I got to use up my HSA funds so I might as well experiment a little. I'll also be throwing in some Fish Oil, Boron, ZMA and Vitamin D to the experiment and see what my numbers come back at. The later supplement's are supposed to lower SHBG so we will see if I can push my free test to the upper end of the spectrum and it's already at a nice level. Also Beet root powder is a great natural NO booster (morning wood and random boners all the time) I've been using it for awhile now and in combo with the Fish Oil I have been using also my BP has been better then it ever was before.

Creatine (the supp) isn't creatinine and it won't do anything for that. Don't confuse the two.

And DHEA will just convert to estrogen. Don't bother.

A tip on what NOT to take- Alcohol, Sugar, and Gluten. Avoid those three things religiously and do HIIT Cardio 3x per week and hard resistance training 3x per week and you can kiss those 40 lbs goodbye!

That shit worked! I built a lot of muscle and was ripped from that.
At one time I was taking Androdiol cream, Norandrosome(19 Nor), and Tribestan.
It was great
