Good morning! I'm new to the forum and am on the lookout for any bit of guidance to vamp up performance and physique.
I'm not lifter, as I prefer mma and bjj for my workouts. But I can't deny lifting gave me the fantastic results I couldn't seem to find with training. However, my heart wasn't in it and I missed fighting.
Any other ladies here trained in combat sports? Looking for thoughts and ideas to find the figure I want. Have a great day all!
