Yep all that shit matters a lot...especially smoking, sodium intake, caffeine, and drinking...seeing how we are on a fitness site, I think the others are kinda obvious

Some of the other shit is decent advice, but really, if you could lower stress easily and such...everyone would do it...you can limit the 'feel good' stuff though.

try fish oil, flaxseed oil, red yeast rice, niacin, co q 10, and baby asprin before bedtime

I use meditation daily. It's free too. 130/80 even with all the shit going on in my life.

I take lisinopril too , my bp use to be in the 140-50 range with meds , then I cut out alot of my caffeine and started more cardio and its in the 125-130/85 range now

A lot of people who take Fish Oil don't take enough.



try fish oil, flaxseed oil, red yeast rice, niacin, co q 10, and baby aspirin before bedtime

I notice a difference on 3 grams of omega 3. (which is in my krill pills). The mg of krill and fish oil vary as do the omega 3 content.

I think it's between6-9 grams / day.

Beet juice + beets need to be in our daily diet. It works, and your MD will not tell you about it.
