As I'm new to aas I've seen a couple different carrier oils don't really know the difference. I came across this source that says they use coconut oil. Has any one used coconut oil before? What's the preferred oil and why?

True coconut oil is solid at room temp... can be fractioned into MCT

I have some t250 in mct and it has slightly WORSE pip than my t400 that is in idk what. The 400 definitely takes a lot more force to get through the pin though.

MCT oil is a thinner oil, for most it will cause PIP until your body adjusts. Usually 3-4 weeks later your body will be PIP free, unfortunately many give up and complain before their body adjusts....

It wasn't bad at all, just worse than the other stuff. I only switched because it makes easier math for how I'm running things.

I had a source that used coconut oil I had to reheat it up due to the oil turning back to a solid once back to a liquid I didn't notice anything different then let's say GSO.
