Hey,

Iam currently blasting on 750test E 600 Tren E 125mcg (daily) 40mcg clen (daily) iam currently full as **** dont know how but this changed mid this week. Ofc iam lethargic the only thing outside my heavy job i do train cardio sleep not kinda much but its oke. Iam thinking of upping the t3 to 200mcg just to give it a go. What are your thoughs about this dosage ?

Way too high.. I never go over 50mcgs...ever...more is not better here.. playing with fire brother,my.02,diet

the 125mcg made me cringe. on my first contest prep i went up to 100 and looked like a pile of crap, will never go over 37.5mcg again.

Ah ok i will continue at 125mcg for the upcomming weeks and than lower it down to 50mcg. Iam not having the feeling that iam losing muscle atm but it could be an illusion of just getting lean. Iam doing refeeds once a week just so i can carb binge. Iam at a deficit of 2k a day (cardio, food, work,) dident count t3-clen-training with this so its probably higher. still not looking flat and that changed when i upped the test from 500 to 750 my delts are popping out atm. Iam not having a conclusion why iam even lookint more buff now when iam even lowered in diet still feeling shit though.

I ended up in the hospital with Afib and got Cardioverted from taking too much T3 , and it was far less than that, I'd be super careful

Be careful with the T3, my friend. I had great results on a liquid T3 cycle, but got greedy and got off protocol and way upped my dosages. I ended up with side effects such as the skin on my hands peeling off in sheets, my head feeling like it had turned to rubber when I shaved it, and barely being able to get out of bed. I was honest with my doctor and my initial blood test numbers were so high they weren't even reading as a number. The doc called it a Thyroid Blast and said that when he was an intern s woman was brought in who od'd on T3 while trying to use T3 and she died. Luckily my numbers came back to normal in a few weeks and I learned not to fly that close to the sun sgain

T3 put me in the hospital for 2 nights. That's the longest I've been in the hospital since birth.

Wow. You're blasting the TREN. As long as you can handle it.

What is your metabolism like? You said you burn a lot of calories at work, correct.

I've been body uilding for almost 40 years and I truly have never known anyone to take 200 MCGS of T3, ever. I think it's a very bad idea and anyone that would do that is mostimely doing it to simply attempt something else besides getting their diet perfect.

I competed for 12 consecutive years at a high level. I did not use cytomel at all the first 8. I was always the most conditioned guy in my class, rarely the biggest though. You do not really need t3. I did use it the last 4 years competing and what it did was just make it a bit easier. It was still hard as hell but not quite as hard.

The most I ever used was 25 MCGS though. 200? No, I'd never recommend to the fastest of the fat

Plus, of 200 MCGS does not start eating muscle from you I'd be shocked.

I had great results running 75 mg before bed and idiot me figured "Hey! Why not take a morning dose too!?" Learned my lesson about following protocol and not trying to create my.own protocol 👍 👍

Personally, I've always had a really fast metabolism. 12.5 MCGS of T3 will strip fat off me quickly. I could never go over 25 without having to worry about muscle breakdown.

This happens a lot, with every drug. There are always basic guidelines to what dosages to use but they are really suggestions based on most people's body's. Not everyone's.

T3 is super beneficial. Not just to shed bf but it shuttles nutrients to the muscles more efficiently. However, take too much, for you, and your muscle will atrophy. You have to be honest with yourself and find a dose that's not right for me or anyone else. That's good for you. Do t go by suggested doses.

Also, from everything I've researched about cytomel it is not like test where taking extraneous t3 will shut off your own production. I think that's why I do great with12.5. Your body puts out about 25 MCGS on its own. Anything you add to that is 25 MCGS + whatever dose you take.

If I'm incorrect about this go ahead and please point it out.

Be careful, a dosage of 200 mcg may be too high, especially if you haven't used such doses before. The optimal dose of 25 mcg has already been described above. With doses that go beyond the norm, you might experience tachycardia, anxiety, diarrhea, and even more so, loss of muscle mass.
