Hello all....new to this site as well as forums in general....just looking for basic knowledge and know how of the UG game....not new to the gym. 6'2...280...400+ on all three lifts...cal intake around 3000. (Some of that is coffee and ice cream!!!) train 3-6 days a wk. injured shoulder about 6 months ago while on a good "vitamin" schedule and coming back hard. Learned that my shoulder doesn't like 12-15+ reps with much of any weight. Oh.......27 yrs old 3 runs of gear....3 runs of PH's
