These poor guys just trying to get out the locker room lmao 🤣back lat spread looking good, should've shown the transition to back double bicep. Speaking of biceps, if I had 1 criticism it would be that. Add an arm day homie

I know!

My biceps HAVE grown this summer. My programs didn’t have nearly enough arms in them. But literally only been training them sufficiently the last three months. They lag and don’t represent me well at all most of the time in clothes.

I see dudes with much less mass and strength with much larger arms. Feel pretty dumb for not doing enough sooner.
