Water intake as well as your body holding water can make your weight fluctuate from day to day week to week.
I'd say around 5 pounds usually but have had up to 10 pounds before depending on diet.
Keep up the hard work don't let the scale ever discourage you, a mirror and a tape measure are the best tools available. Oh and a camera.
Keep it up man.. keep in mind to go by how you look not what the scale says all the time cause muscle weighs more then fat and I'm sure ur putting muscles on also..
