Hey,
I was looking for a good steroid forum and this one seemed like the most legit one out there. I've been training for 4 years and abusing a lot of steroids in the progress, but my gains so far have been lackluster despite all my efforts, so I figured it's about time to start listening to good advice.

Right now I'm cutting, and pretty damn shredded at 172 lbs / 5'9".

I pretty much know what that is, and it's being confused about how to train properly, and being too impatient with bulking and cutting so I ended up gaining a bunch of fat on my bulks and lost all my gains on my cuts.

I actually have a coach now, but I still wanna learn everything I can. Definitely wanna weigh at least 220 ripped.
