New guy ...looking for help to increase my muscle growth

I put the wrong foot Foward at first and thought I would try this again.

I'm a 28 year old Cali boy who has been working out for about 4 years. I'm about 181 and am pretty built. But I'm not satisfied with my results. (Lower half sucks) Swim was once on a cycle and looked damn good. Was running sustanon. However he broke up with the boyfriend and hadn't done it since.

Having trouble bulking up my legs. Looking to be a part of a community that can help me with my goals. I'm new to this so be patient with me. I'm learning the forum lingo and etiquette. So far I am impressed with this site and would love to chat/ make buddies who can help me with my goals.

What do you guys think about working the body part twice a day. For example I get up at 5 am workout arms and later around 4 work arms again?

I think if you're able to do that, you're not hitting them hard enough the first time.

agreed! kill it the first time and then no need for the second on the same day. I usually go a second time a day but just do cardio or cold dip/hot tub to aid in soreness..

So maybe it might be my workout partner and my fault for slacking off.... Does anyone have a good workout plan that is proven. I know there is all kinds on the net but which one to choose? I want to put on muscle and stay as cut as I can?

Well no one ever says they want to put on a little muscle and get fat...


Pretty much any program will work perfectly fine for a long time. The problem is most gym rats lift like pussies.

Haha I promise I'm not one of those guys.... I do cross fit a lot when I don't feel I am working hard enough just to feel the burn
