So I'm curious on what people consider "strong" per weight? For instance pulling 2x weight- benching 1.5x- obviously it's all opinion but I'm curious what you impressions find good

I've heard bench 2x and squat and pull 3x. I'm not close to any of those.

2 times bench is actually very strong.

I wouldn't worry about that shit. As long as you're making progress who cares.

Relative strength is how skinny fuks make themselves feel strong.

Body weight multipliers are stupid. Hafthor Bjornsson wold need to pull almost 1200lbs at a 3x multiplier. Guess he's doomed to be a weakling forever.

Depends if you're talking about a 165 or SHW lifter. The core lift with the most impact via body weight is actually bench press going off the records.

I say if you can bench 225 squat 315 and pull 405 your working hard towards a goal, most guys can't just walk in with out any experience and put up those numbers so I would say thats strong . go up to 3 4 5 and there's no doubt you put in work I don't think anyone who doesn't train can achieve that

Strength isn't linear. There is no answer to this question. Closest answer would be the powerlifting watch ranks.

Ballpark, this is would be one strong person if they could hit one of the 3 lifts. But like the others have said, it's not linear.

Not sure if it's been done, but a 3x,2x,3x guy in the 198s, natty and without gear would be something to see. (Just saying)

Uhoh, relative strength would make me weak, even natty with low bf% I was still over 200 :-(

Let's stick with " high numbers are manly" works for me

Jesse Norris. 198 pounds. Benches mid 4s. Squats high 7s. Pulls about 8 or high 7s I believe. Kids a ****ing tank.

Yeah there's a reason a lot of them specifically say "drug tested" instead of "natty".

It is what it is. The only ones that annoy me are the ones that go out of their way to claim natty everywhere they can. All you have to do is keep your mouth shut and lift.
