My buddy Kevin absolutely destroyed the SPF nationals Saturday. Very proud of him. Put up a raw 738 squat, 446 bench and a 749 deadlift(missed 771 on his last attempt because he couldn't lock it out). Won best lifter out of probably 70 or more lifters. Nothing like seeing a training partners hard work paying off. This dude is only 27 years old. The sky is the limit.

It's sometimes hard for people on the outside looking in to know or understand it, but when someone you know and/or train with does something big like that. Those who were there along the way that also get to claim the victory.
