What's up guys. Just wanted to introduce myself.
I've been lifting weights for quite awhile now. I'm currently 24 years old. I've had my phases of lifting hard then not being consistent, etc. Currently I've been lifting religiously for over a year now. I'm stronger than I've ever been. I'm 5'10 215lb.
I've joined this site so that I can get some helpful information on lifting, and possibly running a cycle. I've read quite a few boards and threads and it seems that everyone is pretty helpful and doesn't troll.
I'm not sure how to navigate the site just yet, but could someone tell me where I could post in regards to what I am wanting to do, and possible some advice? Or could I just ask here?
