if its alower back problem the ghd machine really helped strengthen my lower back..You have to try to find a way to strengthen the lower back..

Thanks gents. I am looking forward to squats haven't done them in almost a year since my last relapse. I am starting a new workout this coming week. Still trying to get passed the 200lb mark. Not working so well without legs involved but we will see over the next couple of months.Welcome
U gotta strengthen all then muscles around your spine and squats should be in your future without and pain
