I am restarting my journey

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. I am also very new to training. I am 36 two kids and a dog. I have spent lots of money on trainers but to no avail. (sad face). I am starting this journey on my own and know that I can gain some very valuable information and meet new people that are also on this body transformation journey.

I do not have stats yet. I will post very soon along with pic.....at work right now.
