Hello !

I am looking to buy a cheap scale.
I was wondering how accurate the body fat measures are on stuff like this

Let me know if anyhow has this kind of scale,
Thanks

Don't waste your money.
BIA scales like the one your checking out are easily the most inaccurate forms of measurement available because they are heavily influenced by glycogen/water levels.

Personally, I'd use calipers/tape measurements/mirror for regular feedback with the occasional (start>halfway>end of a goal) dexa/bodpod scan for something a bit more accurate.

I hear they are not real accurate. I wouldn't care if they are consistently off but I here they vary from one day to the next depending on how hydrated you are. But then for the price and if you need a scale, it maybe worth a try.

If you do give it shot, let us know what you think.

Thanks for your advice, it's what I thought.
Well if the weight itself is accurate it's enough for me. Bodyfat was more of a nice bonus.
Amazon has a nice return policy anyway.
I will buy this one and see what it says, it'a almost the same price as any other cheap scale.

I'd say use the mirror, not the scale.
