Tren4Life,H3LLSMAN,NbleSavage, I thank you three for the welcoming! NbleSavage, I thought that picture was suitable for the way I see things being in the gym. Be fit, be strong, be you!
Thank you GotClen! I plan on learning a lot here since I see that this board has so many knowledgeably responsive members, and no I don't have s*$it on my nose.... Brown nose :32 (17):
Thanks Josh30013,DF and bigdog! So a little about myself- Age: 42 years young Height: 5'4" Current weight: 140 BF%: ? I don't know. Bodybuilding is my passion
Short life story: I was born with no muscle tone and had to go through a lot of physical therapy as a child, learning to swim before I was to walk. Doctors would tell my parents that I wouldn't be able to run or even push a shopping cart. Fast forward... I wrestled in junior high as well as high school and have been hitting the weights on and off since the age of 18. In the past two years I have done a couple cycles of anabolics ( pretty sure these weren't of high quality ). I reached a weight of 160 which suited my frame well. I lost 15-20lbs due to not having access to a gym and other things. Being away from the gym for the past 8 months wasn't my choice. I'm making my way back now... I might share my story at some point which was actually aired on WGN news, Chicago's Very Own. My goal is to return to and surpass 160lbs. Determined:32 (8):
I have always looked up to Mr. Lee Priest not only because of his height, 5'4", but because of his drive, dedication and courage. "We all want results fast, but bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint, so stay healthy and prepare for the long haul." Lee Priest
Thanks guys! It's again awesome to be here. I will be starting some threads with topics such as my current cycle, and questions about the legitimacy of FB leads. . Be fit, be strong, be you!
