Hey guys, This isn't my first rodeo but it IS on here. I had a good year but I'am looking forward to being in peak condition for spring. I've been pretty steady with getting to the gym but its time to get focused and kick it in hard for the next few months. I've been pretty jacked in the past and have a stocky build naturally. About 5'8 and almost impossible for me to weigh under 180. I've dieted and tried to get ripped naturally but Its kind of like I'am built to bulk. So once again I'am going to go for a run. Its been about 2 or 3 years since I've hit the sauce so I'am ready to rock and roll. Obviously I need to do some homework since its been a while.
