Best age to start?

Hey guys what would you say is a good age to start HRT? Or Ostarine? I am currently 22 and itching to try them...but I don't want to go about anything without having done the proper research.

At 22 you should not need TRT/HRT. There is no good age to start, it all depends on your levels after getting blood work.

Do you understand what HRT/TRT is? It's a a medical treatment to treat a deficiency in testosterone production. At 22yo you most likely have no such issues. Ostarine is a not the same and likely a waste of money.

On average I'd say a training age of ~10

A great time to "try" hrt is when your test levels are lower than an 80 year old mans, you have zero desire to have sex, no morning wood, you have no motivation, depressed mood and general low energy. When you have low t and life doesn't seem worth living; that's a great time for TRT.

It's not a choice for me, it's a necessity.
