29 y/o 5' 11" 13st 5lb been training 5 years and put on 2st of mostly muscle in that time. Consume 150 grams protein 200grms carbs in 5 medium meals a day plus protein shake after training, take multi vitamins, cod liver oil, zma,Tpp Npp & Dbol
