Hey everybody! I've been consistent about working for the last two years, mainly to get leaner and stronger. Before that I worked out inconsistently and mainly to maintain weight. I've also spent a lot of time reading about nutrition and supplement therapy. I also suffered from poor posture and muscle imbalances so I've been working on improving my posture.

I'll start writing my tips and before/after techniques that improved my weight lifting, figure, and posture. If you have muscle imbalances and want to improve, let me know.

Hey Seeker, anything in particular about your posture? Rounded shoulders? Pelvic tilt? Muscle imbalance?
