    How does everyone measure their before and after results?

    I know photos are the key but how about changes in diet, different types of workouts which you change every few months?
    I currently do the following:
    1. Check body weight
    2. Measure fat on legs, chest, tricep, and hip using fat calipers
    3. Use tape measure to check circumference of biceps and waist.
    4. Blood work twice a year.

    Any other recommendations?

    Take note on what you are lifting weight wise and or cardio wise in terms of strength and endurance.
