well i've been lurking around the forum for the past month or two when i have free time. lots of researching, reading later and i'm finally now deciding to register. i'm 28, 6' and 180lbs at around 12% fat and have been lifting since i got out of college. i've gotten a lot more serious with my diet and training in the last 3 years. anyway i know i've still got a lot to learn, but thanks for everything i've pickup from this forum so far.

welcome to the site. I have a 08 328, selling it for an 11 that i really plan on tearing up with M3/335 stuff.
