Hello guys, name is Marteen, 25 years old, being working out since I was 21 but finally trying to take it to next level.

Here to learn more about the lifestyle from people with knowledge and good tips,
I'm about 175lb lean hoping to be a solid 200lb one day. 5'9 is my height. Not sure about my body fat.

Shoulders and legs are my greatest weakness, strong but can't seem to make the legs bigger.



Any pages I should check? Workout advice?

Diet will be yer key to getting up to 200 Lbs and ye'll gain some BF along the way but we can take that off when the time is right. Do ye know yer TDEE and yer current macros?

Talk a bit about how yer training legs at present - how many times per week & what each session looks like.

Welcome to the UG brother. Have you gotten any tests for your BF percentage? If so let us know where you are BF wise

I wouldn't know what my TDEE is macros I know it has to do with food and diets I I take about 2,000 calories a day and about 150 G of Protein if I'm correct
