Hello guys, name is Marteen, 25 years old, being working out since I was 21 but finally trying to take it to next level.
Here to learn more about the lifestyle from people with knowledge and good tips,
I'm about 175lb lean hoping to be a solid 200lb one day. 5'9 is my height. Not sure about my body fat.
Shoulders and legs are my greatest weakness, strong but can't seem to make the legs bigger.
Any pages I should check? Workout advice?
