So I've been off a little over a month due to an injury and I'm slowly starting back again... Still a beginner and was given the advice from a great source on here that I should be doing a full body or upper/lower body split. Can anyone recommend some routines or resources I can look up. I have been researching some routines online but wud like you guys experience and input please. Today I'm doing the following as my upper body:

Bench press
Bent over row
Close grip pull down
Seated DB shoulder press
Alternating bicep curl
Tricep kickbacks backs
Assisted pull ups

I'd hit up your "Great Source" for more info on that. Someone left you hangin?

No..no...I just wanted a bit of guidance on the upper/lower body routine...I just want to ensure I am covering the much needed areas. Any advice is much appreciated.

Here; I tweaked it a little.

Bench press
Seated DB shoulder press
Bent over row - (lower cable rows would be better)
wide grip pull down
Alternating bicep curl
Tri push downs with rope

I'd alternate push vs pull movements on this day. Don't do two presses in a row. Press, row, press, pull up/down....etc. It maximizes your recovery time while keeping your pace up.

You can try something like this:

Upper (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps)
Lower (Glutes, Quads, Hams, Calves, Abs, and Lower Back)

experiment with exercises :)
