A lot of people say it doesn't matter where you inject your juice. It should all get into your system regardless. However, some studies I've been looking at disagree with this. For example, take a look at this study on nandrolone (deca).

In the results subsection it is stated that
This is to say, if you're injecting in your delts instead of glutes or using larger than 1ml injections you're wasting your steroids. Here's the graph:

From it you can see how the measured nandrolone levels are much lower in the deltoid injections.
