One way of thought says it's because heavy lifting suppresses natural testosterone levels, that you should stay away from heavy lifting or maybe take a few weeks off post cycle.
On the other side thinking..increased training volume is the only way to insure maximum muscle retention...
I know there is no place I would rather be than the gym...

What are your opinions on this..just curious..cause I was surprised after I came across very different views..

Lifting heavy suppresses testosterone? Wtf? Lifting heavy signals the body to adapt to the stress and build muscle. How the hell could anyone justify not lifting during PCT is beyond me. That's when you need to work the hardest
