    Awesome work brother! I've been on TRT for a few years now and love it. Keep killing the game man. High volume is where it's at as well. I do plenty of 30-50+ rep sets.

    I hope you mean you train a different muscle group every day. Actually, even that isn't a good idea. The body needs rest.
    I take at least 2 days per week off from training (with weights)
    Abs definitely should not be done every day. They are a muscle too.

    You're assuming I do a full body workout and abs everyday?
    I do, in fact, split up my muscle groups.
    I never do abs.

    Should have read 2-2.5 hours every workout, 5 days a week. I meant everyday I train. Apologies.
    I agree with you that training everyday is counterproductive.
