Newbie to the forum. I've been training for 15 years and starting to feel my age. Joined to meet some good people and hopefully learn some things to help me to continue progressing in and enjoying my training. I have a family so I am early crew at my gym and still really look forward to it everday. I also just started trt which I feel had been a very positive experience so far.
