Welcome, JP. What does your current lifting/ cardio / dieting routine look like? Are you seeing success?
Im lifting 5 days a week, due to the nature of my work i tend to do more general strength instead of alternating body parts, diet def needs to be tidied up, lots of animal proteins, not much
Vegie( i fkn hate em) need to dial down the complex carbs.. just gettin the cardio goin with 20-25 min sessions of walk/sprint HIT training. Just always working to improve..

Welcome dude. You a current Firefighter? Or former? (I wonder because of the beard). I used to be a Firefighter myself. I think you would dig powerlifting, especially if you are still actively serving as a Firefighter... it will make you considerably stronger and increase your cardio ability under load...
