Hey guys hope everyone is doing good! I'm 25 from Boston I've been lifting on and off for a wile now but never got serious until now. I've been eating good and working hard. I'm 5'8" at 165 I'm pretty lean now. I do a lot of research online and just ran into this forum. I've been running creatine and protein for 2 months now and just started mk 677 3 days ago my goal is just to get bigger I like being lean and cut I just want more size. That's just a little about me! Hope to hear back!

Welcome !!! When you say you eat good ! What's eat good ?!? I went from 170ish to over 200 lbs with eating a shit ton like a beast well you'll find alot of info on here to help you with what your looking for

I've been doing like 4 to 5 meals of chicken rice and a vegetable. I'm up for opinions!

It makes it really difficult when you stick to just the chicken and rice. Those meals are less than 500 calories and you might have to eat 6 or 7 meals to pack it on.

Really I don't do the chicken and rice thing that sucks !! I.eat anything and everything I can get BUT !!!!!! That's me I really don't care to much at this point (only this point )cause I'm trying to bulk as much as I can , you need to ha e more calories then just chicken and rice , just for breakfast I eat about 700/800 cal , then hour after I have a snack with 200/300 cal , then lunch I will eat like a beast , pretty much brother you can't just do what your doing now are you trying to bulk ?!?!?

I eat like that all day long to pack the calories on 3,000 + a day , it's not easy !!!!

I'm definitely trying to add size that's my goal! Right now I'm fairly lean so it gives me that cut look which i would like to somewhat keep. I guess I have to find the happy medium of bulking and maintaining. I'll start trying other foods to up my calories and give that a try!
