How to do clean bulking for 9 months

I read that there are many big or very big guys on the forum. I'm only 87 kg (18% fat)and would like to be 100 kg for my next comp. I know I'll never be 120 kg like you. But I would like to share the experience of your best bulking cycle
I intend to start with 600g deca a week and 750 enanthate a week plus 6 IU norditropin a day. What could I add to gain more ? Do I do it for 12 or 16 weeks?
I'm a hardgainer and I'm old. My height is 166 cm

So yer 5'6", weigh around 191 Lbs and want to get to 220 Lbs (for all you fans of 'Freedom Units').

Post yer TDEE and yer daily macros. Its *ALWAYS* about the diet.

You should stop eating so many damn shakes, eat 4-5 meals of good healthy food every day and stay in a caloric deficit. 5'6" @190 18% bf, you should see results right away. No gear needed

Well there are no really big guys here and only a few big guys; most don't even lift. lol

Does Nble have his math right; 5'-6", 191 lbs at 18% BF? That's not a small guy right there so you have to have put your time in. Switch your number, 750 Deca and 600 Test. Just my opinion.

Redo the math on those shakes and eat some food

Big is in the eye of the beholder but I would say for me, big is the guy that stands out SLIGHTLY in the gym. For argument sake; let's use my profile pic from a few years back. (5'-9", 215 lbs and about 12% BF). I would consider myself at that point to be bordering on "Big" but far from really big.

Clean bulking is eating while showering. Eating anywhere else is a rookie mistake. Everybody knows this. Trust me I've been doing it for three years and I'm 180lbs pure muscle. No fat, no organs, no bones. Just shredded muscle

Im 6'3 245 10% bf ive been off all drugs but 200mg cyp for 6 mos. Last summer i was well over 260. So there are so bigger guys on here im sure.

OK. I tell you my age. I'm 70. I hope you'll still consider me as one of yours. I need gear because my balls are not making any more testosterone. I compete in Master 3 class. I've been lifting for nearly 50 years. At 60, my tendons started to burst and I had 6 tendons operations.
