Not sure if this is the proper thread for the question, but I took it for just over two months. I noticed rapid recovery, only being sore for a day as opposed to my normal 3-4, but no other changes. Did I buy baking powder or is that the norm for this stuff?

Usually some strength gains and a more full appearance. Tough to say if bunk though.

That could be the case. All I read about it being "roids without side effects" had me excited, but left me disappointed. It sucks getting sore again though.

If anyone says "roids" just stop listening at that point. So what was described tho... sounds a bit too good to be true don't it?

I used Ostarine, it depends on diet just like anything else. I have used AAS as well, osta doesn't compare to aas, but I saw about 3 lbs and leaned out a bit, recovery was better. It isnt a bad thing to use, but for the price (being around $70) Ill stick to aas. I did get it on sale at the time.

Oh... nvm
You can't get that on Amazon unfortunately, but ost was easy.
I only paid $30 for 10 weeks worth.
