Hey people.
So I have till summer/end of summer to look as good as possible. And I've already decided on doing this so it's not worth convincing me otherwise, I'm just looking for the BEST way to do it.
I am 20% with low LBM and limited weight lifting experience. And I have till summer/end of summer to look as good as possible. In this meaning to lower bf% as much as possible and slightly increase muscle. I know I cant achieve everything in 4-5 months so I'd rather go for the skinny-fit look then the semi buff but fat look, even if this means in lower total muscle mass gain.
I was thinking on going on 500mg/testo e per week and arimidex when needed. I've hcg for the last weeks and nolvadex for pct. This'll be my first cycle.
Things to watch out for is high BP and hematocrit levels.
My big question is in order to recomp effectively should I eat on maintenance calories or in a deficit? Keep in mind I still probably have newbie gains.
I already decided on doing this so please help me plan it as effectively and smart as possible.
Thanks
