New Member from the dirty south

Hi everyone, wanted to introduce myself here as a new forum member.

I have been in a few other forums previously, mainly evolutionary, however due to some issues I left that forum board.

I have been lifting pretty solid for about 3 or 4 years, so far ran 3 cycles and pct, bloodworks have all checked out pretty well.

I'm here to help contribute to other users and share experience, laughs and to learn as well.

Age 29
5ft 8"
200lbs BF: 14% (been bulking a hair, cutting soon)

I started my first cycle back in like 2015, weighed in at 165lbs.

First cycle was a simple test e 500mg a week for 11 weeks (ran out early lol)

Second cycle was 750mg test e a week for 12 weeks with dbol kick start at 20mg ED for 4 weeks.

had a slip disc after second cycle and had to take about 4-6months off to recover

Third cycle was 1000mg/week mix blend of 200mg tren e, 400mg test e, and 400 mg mast for 9 weeks.

Prepping for a 4th cycle here shortly.

Welcome aboard! Stats aren't bad at all for yer frame. Get bloods done before yer next blast & if yer sticking with long esters consider extending it a bit beyond yer previous 9 weeks.

How yer AI and PCT protocol?

9 weeks due to work schedule I had to cut it off early unfortunately,

AI I use exemstane at 12.5mg eod, E2 was perfect last cycle bloods.

Pct I have been doing Clomid at 100/75/50/50 and Nolva at 40/40/20/20/10

And yes, I do need to get some bloods done here in a few days prior to this cycle. Anyone got some coupons?
