How are you all doing HIIT on the treadmill? I recently switched up my cardio from LISS to some type of HIIT about a month ago. I've always heard you need to full out sprint but the treadmills at my gym can only go up to 11mph. I don't have any parks or anything remotely close to me and the gym is where I need to get it done. What I've been doing is warming up for a few minutes and then running at 11mph for 30 seconds and then walking at 2.8 for about 90 seconds or so until my heart rate comes back down to about 130ish. I do this for 20 minutes. my body seems to be responding well to it but looking for suggestions from others who do HIIT on a treadmill.
