Competitive jiu jitsu is also my life and I am 46 and sound just like you. I am currently at my best of a 21 year career. Sprints, lifting and daily jiu jitsu. I have been on 150mg a week of test since Jan of this year and can answer anyone's question in this respect or I can start another thread.
