I'm 18 so wouldn't use roids. But before I got serious in the gym I did calisthenics(wrestling) for several years(not knowing about nutrition) I'm only 30 pounds away from 200 so hopefully it won't take me too long. Will probably cut after another year of bulking, or is that too long?

Great job. Blood, sweat and years.

This doesn't come easy or fast. Keep up the good work.

Nah, you're really lean. I say a year long bulk is in order. The hardest part for you may be eating enough.

A lot of people believe he started the whole "aesthetic revolution" when it was actually Frank Zane... but for myself I just love his mentality of not caring what others think... Also with Zyzz it's not about pure muscle, it's about aesthetically pleasing muscle bellies and insertions. In my opinion he has the most aesthetic physiqe ever.

Yep it's a struggle sometimes but I aim for 2800-3000 cal a day. Buy my own food a lot of times because my parents never have enough lol.

Zyzz became a huge hit on bb.com where he gained a shit ton of young followers. It took off from there.

To answer your question about cutting after another year of bulking if you're looking to compete in classic physiques I wouldn't worry about cutting at all for quite some time. Keep lifting, keep growing.

No u do not need to cut any time soon. Bulk your ass off until you're a monster. Get as strong and as big as u possibly can. None of this cut then bulk then cut then bulk shit.

NPC might be the best for me to start with though. Most of the guys in classic are usually on gear?

Well yeah NPC does put on natural tested shows. but it's still a good idea to grow some more, continue to put on some size before you decide to compete and diet down. It all depends on how committed you stay and how you progress in the next year. Just stay the course

....and if you do decide to compete next year and you progress nicely you can still enter as a teenager at 19.
