How is it going UGB fam? New to all this. Have been lifting ever since i can remember. I have always been natty..... But i have ms and last flare up kicked my ass... Im still recovering and looking to push my body to the max... Lost strainght and muscle. Seeking wisdom and guidance. And try to help other's:)

Talk a bit about yer diet - how big are you, do ye know yer TDEE, current macros, etc. We need to make sure you're in a reasonable caloric surplus.

Talk training, too. What kind of program you on, how many days per week, etc.
