This is something that has bothered me for a while. The word nigga is either racist or not. It cant be less racist based on what race uses it. Check out the 3:00 mark of this video where she calls him a nigga. The video is boring as fuk but the point is few seconds after the 3 min mark.

In my opinion, black people have the ability to end the use of that word. All they have to do is stop saying it. It will die off in a few years.

Edit: Ok, I get what you are saying but in the end, the only way to stop a word from being used is if EVERYONE stops using it. If it is sooo offensive then it shouldnt be said at all IMO.
