Hi everyone:
I will turn 60 yrs young on July 19th. I recently had hip replacement surgery and was out of the gym for over 1 year. Now I am back at it and ready for another run.

If you were in decent shape a year ago at 58, you obviously know a thing or two about the game. Get back in and it will come back soon. You may want to take the "Squat 1,000 lbs" off the table considering the hip surgery and your age. lol Keep pounding it!
