I'm more or less new here (for some reason I couldn't access via cell phone, guess the glitches were fixed). I've been training pretty hard, and straight ahead for 3 solid years, though I've been at it for nearly 12. I'm a trt/cruise guy when off cycle. Currently running 150 test e/100 primo/50 deca per week. AI as needed (not too E2 sensitive) 4 weeks into a 12 weeker before hitting a bulker in the fall winter.
I am of firm belief that diet and training is where the magic happens; gear is icing on the cake. Current macros are P:300-350, C:250-300, F:70 (loving algae oil at the moment, toggling between that, olive and avo oils)
Stats are 47 yo, 5'9", 208-210lbs, roughly 9% bf. Training a lot in high volume on compound lifts, and high rep range on the rest, for the most part.
