I joined this forum hoping to find and share useful tools and ideas about improving fitness. I'm in my early 29's. I work out at home and in gym and in my routines I use only free weights, except for an attachment on my bench for leg extensions & hamstring curls. I am down from 195 to 170 (5'10"), and in March I started back at the gym. It's been great and I've made lots of gains.

don't ever use that color again it's nearly impossible to read

You've definitely come to the right place if you want to sell treadmills to senior citizens. Tons of stickies about Depends, bingo, which tennis balls fit the walker best and hip replacement therapy (HRT).
