I joined this forum hoping to find and share useful tools and ideas about improving fitness. I'm in my early 29's. I work out at home and in gym and in my routines I use only free weights, except for an attachment on my bench for leg extensions & hamstring curls. I am down from 195 to 170 (5'10"), and in March I started back at the gym. It's been great and I've made lots of gains.
