Hey guys,
Let me introduce myself im 20 years old, 6'04' 183lbs and around 9% bf. Training for about 5 years but only the last 2 years very serious about training and nutrition.
I am an educated fitness trainer. I dont train people, I did it only for myself. I train at my home gym 6 times a week.
Been following this forum for a while and liked it a lot. No bs and straight forward.
For now, still natural and try to be as long as possible. But might go for AS at some point. And its never too soon to do some research.
