    My current size and cut

    So, since my last time one here, I have lost a decent amount of fat. I have choosen to use Cardarine at 20mg a day over using dnp.



    It's way too hot here this time of year and my hydration is less than optimal so, no dnp.

    I went from 210 to my current 190. My body fat is 13% currently. Huge improvement for me. I did most of the work just diet and cardio. But Card was added not only to enhance fat loss but my stamina is and always has been meh at best. I have 3 weeks left if my 8 weeks on cardarine hopefully I can get to at least 12% if not 10. thanks for all the info and all the help ~ DJ

    Best of luck on the diet plan! If you don't want to use DNP, look into the T3, ephedrine, and clenbuterol combos.

    It's GW50. They labeled it as a sarm, but it isn't a sarm. It's also called Endurobol or something to that effect.

    Google the fat loss effects of gw50 for more info.

    I'm fine with DNP when the weather drops and it's colder. Haha. I'm not sure most peoples opinion on the compound some seem it best to hold off on stuff til a certain level is achieved without the use of peds. I figured I would use it fall or winter to get as low as possible bf% wise.

    Let's see what 10% and under looks like..I hear guys guess all the time their bf% .. I know exactly how hard 10 % is and I wanna see a pic

    Getting to 10% is hard enough but maintaining it is even harder and can become unhealthy for a long period of time. Most guys look bigger and better at around a TRUE 11%-13% and is much easier to maintain.
