So, since my last time one here, I have lost a decent amount of fat. I have choosen to use Cardarine at 20mg a day over using dnp.
It's way too hot here this time of year and my hydration is less than optimal so, no dnp.
I went from 210 to my current 190. My body fat is 13% currently. Huge improvement for me. I did most of the work just diet and cardio. But Card was added not only to enhance fat loss but my stamina is and always has been meh at best. I have 3 weeks left if my 8 weeks on cardarine hopefully I can get to at least 12% if not 10. thanks for all the info and all the help ~ DJ
